By installing or using FontMood ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

FontMood is a free Canva application that provides curated font pairing suggestions organised by mood. The App allows users to browse font combinations and add styled text elements to their Canva designs.

3. Use of the App

FontMood is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You may use font pairings suggested by the App in any designs you create, including commercial projects.

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it in any way that violates Canva's platform terms of service.

4. Intellectual Property

The font pairing curation, app design, and associated content are the property of The Sunday Change. The fonts themselves are provided through Canva's platform and are subject to Canva's font licensing terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that font pairings will suit every design context. Font pairing is subjective and results may vary.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Sunday Change shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
